I really appreciate being able to speak with a live person, and from my very first conversation with Sergio, he was absolutely amazing to work with. This was my first time ever ordering DTF gang sheets and creating a UV sheet, so I had a lot of questions and honestly didn’t know where to begin.

He even set up a call with me and spent a good amount of time helping me get everything together so that we could place our order correctly.
What really impressed me was the turnaround time. We placed a very large order and were able to get it the SAME DAY! We even ended up adding a second order because we realized we needed additional designs for our event, and they were able to help us with that as well.
And the quality was awesome! The images looked great, the gang sheets were easy to apply, and after pressing them, they peeled beautifully right away.
I truly have nothing but great things to say about Sergio and Chitown Trendz. Yes, the quality and turnaround time were excellent, but for me, the customer service really made the experience. When you’re trying something for the first time, it means a lot to work with someone who is knowledgeable but also patient enough to help you learn the process without making you feel uncomfortable for asking questions.
