Shipping Policy

At Chitown Trendz, we work hard to ensure your custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, and apparel orders are produced and shipped as quickly and accurately as possible. Because all products are printed on-demand, shipping times may vary based on production volume and carrier performance.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Production Times

All orders are made to order. Production time begins after your order is paid and your artwork is received in the correct print-ready format.

Typical production time:

DTF Transfers (Singles & Gang Sheets): 1–3 business days

Custom Apparel: 3–7 business days

Peak Seasons (Holidays / Sales): May take longer due to high order volume

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your artwork is not print-ready (low resolution, missing transparency, incorrect size, etc.), production may be delayed until corrected artwork is submitted.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use trusted carriers such as:

USPS

UPS

FedEx (when available)

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates apply after the order has completed production.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.


3. Tracking Information

Once your package is shipped:

You will receive a tracking number via email or text (if selected).

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check:

Your mailbox or parcel locker

Your front door, porch, or surrounding area

With neighbors or your building office

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery confirmations.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Chitown Trendz is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address

Delays caused by address errors

Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us:

The customer must pay a new shipping fee to resend the order

No refunds are issued for original shipping costs


5. Shipping Delays

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Holidays

Customs processing (international orders)

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is beyond our control.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, Chitown Trendz is no longer responsible.

We are not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Packages delayed or mishandled by the carrier

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We will assist with any information needed for the claim process.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping:

Take clear photos of the box and product

File a claim with the carrier immediately

Contact us if you need support gathering order information for your claim

Carrier damage is not the same as manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects fall under our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping where available.

International customers are responsible for:

Customs fees

Import taxes

Duties

Delays caused by customs processing

We are unable to provide guarantees for international delivery dates.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items (e.g., apparel + transfers), we may ship items separately to speed up delivery. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if applicable.
